1. GENERAL

Before using the services of AT99, please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By registering an account on this website, you confirm your full acceptance of and agreement with the Terms and Conditions.

The website AT99 (referred to as the “Website”, “Casino”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is owned and operated by Kika Technology B.V., a company duly incorporated under the laws of Curaçao with Company Number: 164980.

Kika Technology B.V. is licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority since 24/Jun/2025 under license number OGL/2023/147/0081, in accordance with the National Ordinance on Games of Chance (LOK).

2. AMENDMENTS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to revise, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. While we may attempt to notify registered users of major updates via email, it is the player's sole responsibility to review this page regularly for any changes.

3. ELIGIBILITY

Only individuals who are at least 18 years old or the legal age for online gambling in their country of residence (whichever is higher) may create an account on AT99. You must ensure that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction before registering or playing on the Website.

It is your responsibility to comply with local laws. You agree that you will not use AT99 in any location where such activity is prohibited. We may request verification documents at any time, and failure to provide valid proof of age or identity may result in account suspension.

You are not allowed to register on the Website or use our services if you are a resident of Aruba, Australia, Bonaire, Brazil, Canada (Ontario), Curaçao, France, Iran, Iraq, Netherlands, Saba, Spain, Portugal, St. Maarten, Statia, the United States of America or its dependencies, or the United Kingdom.

We reserve the right to refuse customers from any other countries beyond the aforementioned jurisdictions at our sole discretion. This complies with the basic restricted country policy set by the Curaçao Gaming Authority (GCB). Further adjustments and final decisions regarding specific country access will be made during the AML review process.

AT99 also reserves the right to implement geo-blocking measures for the jurisdictions listed above and any other restricted regions in accordance with applicable laws and license conditions.

4. GAME AVAILABILITY

Certain games may be unavailable in specific regions due to provider restrictions. Use of VPNs or similar tools to bypass these limitations is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of winnings.

5. ACCEPTED CURRENCIES

AT99 accepts a variety of fiat and cryptocurrency options, which may include but are not limited to: EUR, USD, BTC, ETH, USDT, and others.

Please note that BRL (Brazilian Real) and CAD (Canadian Dollar) are not supported on this platform due to jurisdictional restrictions and compliance with licensing requirements.

The list of accepted currencies is subject to change without prior notice.

6. FEES AND TAXES

You are solely responsible for the payment of any applicable taxes or fees arising from your use of the Website, including any winnings or transactions.

7. GAME RULES

By using our services, you confirm that you understand the rules of each game. The theoretical return to player (RTP) values are available in the game interfaces, and you are encouraged to review them before playing.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

You acknowledge that online gambling involves financial risk and that losses may occur. AT99 is not liable for any losses incurred from your participation in games on the Website.

We are not responsible for any technical failures, including interruptions in internet connectivity, software bugs, or hardware issues that may impact gameplay.

In case of payment errors, technical glitches, or mistaken credits, we reserve the right to void affected wagers or reclaim incorrect payouts.

9. ACCOUNT USAGE

Each user may open only one account. Multiple accounts created by the same individual may be closed at our discretion, and any resulting winnings may be forfeited.

You may not share your account or allow third parties to access it. Players must ensure their information is accurate and up to date at all times.

Accounts must be used for personal entertainment only. Commercial or fraudulent use is strictly forbidden.

10. ANTI-FRAUD AND KYC

AT99 has zero tolerance for fraud or abuse. Suspicious activity may lead to account termination and notification of relevant regulatory authorities.

We perform routine security checks and KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures. You may be required to submit identification documents, proof of address, or payment verification at any time.

Use of false or misleading information, chargebacks, collusion, or bonus abuse may result in confiscation of funds and permanent account closure.

11. DEPOSITS

Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your name. Third-party transactions are not permitted.

There is no minimum deposit amount. Cryptocurrency deposit limits may vary and are subject to the conditions of the payment processor.

12. WITHDRAWALS

Minimum withdrawal is ₫ 100.00 or equivalent. Withdrawal processing times depend on the payment method and completion of KYC verification.

AT99 reserves the right to divide large withdrawals into installments, with a default maximum limit of ₫ 299,999.00 per time.

Progressive jackpot winnings will be paid in full without installment.

13. REFUND POLICY

Refund requests are only considered within 24 hours of the transaction or within 30 days in cases of unauthorized account access.

Refunds may be issued to the original payment method, and all associated bonuses or winnings will be removed from the balance prior to refund.

We reserve the right to charge administrative fees and request additional documents before processing a refund.

14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of dispute, server logs and game records shall be considered final. If discrepancies arise between game results on your screen and those on the server, the server data will prevail.

15. NON-TRANSFERABILITY

You may not transfer, sell, or assign your account, winnings, or any associated rights to any third party.

16. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any disputes arising out of or relating to the use of AT99 shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Curaçao, in accordance with its Civil Procedure Rules.
